The Return of Peacemaking
Peacemaking Talking Circles, a traditional conflict resolution practice that is regaining favor in state and tribal courts. This recent Indian Country Today article describes how a peacemaking circle was used to address a prosecution when a native activist toppled a statue of Columbus in Minnesota.
